      Pros

      Good pay, most co-workers are very professional.

      Cons

      Management won't question/challenge another manager, very fearful of "sticking their neck out". Results are inefficiency and "slow walking" as they are afraid of being on thin ice. Direction is communicated by dictate from the top down.

      hybrid, very good benefits, mostly good work life balance

      on call sucks so bad, more flexible work from home schedule would be nice
