Pros

It's an okay temporary job for the young who are in college.

Cons

No growth within the company. Tedious and very strange/short hours for part-timers. Example, you would sometimes have to work for only 2 hours in one day to complete your part-time hours throughout the week.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m glad you’d recommend Sentry to others. For our part-time opportunities, we try to schedule at least three hours per shift, with most reaching 4-5 hours. We’re also flexible around the availability of our associates. Opportunities for advancement—especially in the claims area—are much more frequent for full-time positions. If you’re interested in moving into a full-time position or would like to discuss your shift availability, I encourage you to talk with your supervisor. Michele Dufresne – Chief Claims Officer
