Pros
Cool product, many very smart and talented employees, great for people who work well autonomously.
Cons
Many recent layoffs and good talent leaving the company. A few top customers have too much say in product priorities and vision. Culture took a huge hit in 2022 and never bounced back. Leadership in many departments weren’t strong people leaders, which led to a lack of accountability, very little coaching and career development, and nepotism. Expected to work evenings due to the lack of regional representation for most roles. Do your research and ask questions before committing to employment at Sendbird.
