      - talented, determined, goal-oriented and innovative people work here - the people you want to work with, great company culture and atmosphere - lots of freedom to set up your work the way you want, freedom to be yourself - lots of care from the company for its people

      Cons

      Nothing is ideal and even here you can finds the bits and pieces that seem unfair or you'd do them differently, but the pros do outweigh the cons

      The product is an industry leader, making it exciting to work on. The teams are filled with incredibly smart, creative, and collaborative people. Benefits and remote flexibility are solid, and there are good opportunities to learn SEO and digital marketing deeply.

      Cons

      The work culture can occasionally lean toward working harder than playing hard especially as the company scales.
