Constant change, while crucial for business, can be destabilizing for people. Your team could be merged with another team, transferred to another department, or you could find yourself reporting to a new manager with a totally different vision and strategy. This can sometimes be frustrating.
Another thing is lack of transparency between departments and divisions.
