      Pros

      As a cloud engineer, I love how Semrush cultivates a dynamic and forward-thinking atmosphere, fully embracing the latest technologies. Management's support is solid, and there are plenty of chances for me to use the latest technologies, grow professionally, and keep learning. Flexible working hours and remote work options greatly contribute to a healthy work-life balance. Last but not least is my team, which is filled with talented engineers who are passionate about what they do and are all about collaboration and sharing knowledge.

      Cons

      I haven't noticed any downsides here over the past four years

      Pros

      Great people. You would make lots of good friends. The best part is to make lots of great connections inside and outside of work

      Cons

      Upper doesn't have an idea of what direction to follow to achieve long-term goals. The sales and CS organisation goes through changes every 2 quarters and would blame employees not to achive goals and targets.
