Thank you for the feedback and such a high score for Semrush.
It is true that the teams, especially in the Product and Development departments, can influence decisions within the Company. We attribute it to the atmosphere of freedom that we talk about so often. And yes, there is a lot of work here. But work hard–play hard is also perfectly valid for Semrush. We strive to keep work-life balance for our employees.
