Pros

There was a good amount of training.

Cons

Even though there was training everyone still had questions. After the training my “mentor” was hardly willing to answer questions or concerns. I was new to insurance and when I would ask him what something meant or to know more about it he’d tell me “I should have remembered from training”.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for SelectQuote. We appreciate your honest words and would like to address your concerns. Throughout training, we strive to give a clear and concise description of what our agents can expect in their sales roles. It is our goal to effectively communicate the realistic side of the sales environment, including its dynamic and competitive structure. However, we understand that the class volume can affect our candidates' experiences. We sincerely apologize that your time throughout training did not meet your expectations. Your words are taken seriously and will be used to help us improve our operations moving forward. Thank you, again for your honest review.

Pros

It’s a very large company.

Cons

Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
