      Pros

      The company believes in me. I am not a number. My vice president knows my name. I have 10 years to retirement and I'm going to retire from here. We have changed the way we hire. We hire quality vs quantity. It has made a huge difference in the happiness of our workforce.

      Cons

      The base pay is a little low if you are not used to working with commissions. However commissions are uncapped and you can control you income by being on the phone, so not really any cons

      Pros

      Easy & smooth onboarding + fantastic training.

      Cons

      The hiring process is not immediate or quick however the time from initial interview to training was not more than a month.

      Pros

      It’s a very large company.

      Cons

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
