Pros

Great benefits! Great, wonderful benefits!!! (for the 6 months you will be there)

Cons

People of Kansas City - don't fall for this!!! This is absolutely a temp job!!! Management will repeatedly tell you otherwise! Temp job!!! Temp job!!! Temp job!!! And the leads - wow- only a choice few are given the real leads to have the opportunity to make money. Very few people are given the opportunity to get real leads. Medicare health sales are easy to close because everybody needs them. But only the chosen few are given the opportunity to sell! Don't work here thinking you have just landed a fantastic job for the rest of your life! It is a temporary job!!! The training is a joke but you do get up to speed once you are on the phones in September of each year. Their top sales people are the trainers. Top sales does not make a trainer, or even a good one. A couple of "trainers" are condescending, belittling and even make degrading comments to, and about people, in front of others. You will be hired for Monday - Friday 8 to 5... but during the Medicare Open Enrollment you will be berated and pressured to work until late evening hours including weekends. They will deny that they hire for Mon - Fri 8 to 5. When you get laid off - only finally there on the paperwork does it clearly state that this is a temp and seasonal job. Only the friends of existing employees make it here.

Pros

Annual bonus based on employee and company performance

Cons

Annual salary is way below national average, especially based on years of experience. They've talked about promoting all QA Analysts to QA Engineer for years (due to the fact we're all fulfilling QA Engineer roles but with the Analyst title and pay), but every year they had a new excuse as to why they couldn't promote everyone. The workload far outweighs the pay.
