Pros

Efficient sales process and your role is pretty straightforward, call, answer phone, sell term life insurance, they generate the leads, good pipeline once it gets going,

Cons

no motivation, management needs improvement, it is a grind and there is no real sense that they care for the employees, pay structure is not very transparent nor is it lucrative or fair, rules change and more hoops depending on what the company wants, too many moving targets, lots of hours was no problem until wfh was lifted

Pros

Easy & smooth onboarding + fantastic training.

Cons

The hiring process is not immediate or quick however the time from initial interview to training was not more than a month.

Pros

Annual bonus based on employee and company performance

Cons

Annual salary is way below national average, especially based on years of experience. They've talked about promoting all QA Analysts to QA Engineer for years (due to the fact we're all fulfilling QA Engineer roles but with the Analyst title and pay), but every year they had a new excuse as to why they couldn't promote everyone. The workload far outweighs the pay.
