Pros

Income potential is real if you put in the hours and can sell. Fun, competitive, hardworking atmosphere. Very flexible schedule to allow a work life balance, family is always first. Ping pong and 80 inch tv in break room, great training, even better employees and management which makes coming to work enjoyable every day.

Cons

Work can be a grind talking to seniors 5+ hours daily, but rewarding when you help them understand their insurance needs

Training was pretty good and they paid for licenses

Cons

Strange metrics and a lot of management changes, and a lot of chargebacks
