Pros
The biggest PRO has to be the flexibility. I routinely work from home. Another PRO would be the money. I've been here a little over one year now. My first year I had almost 80k. My goal this years is to crack 100k. Calls aren't super scripted. They let you be you on the phone. You're sells a product that everyone needs. The vast majority of your leads are warm and real time. I got a ramp up bonus when I first started. Finally would be the people I work with. Everyone is supportive and willing to help. Isn't cut throat at all. I used to work B2B sales in telecom but came here because I was tired of cold calling and people stealing my leads.
Cons
The only CON is that its a call center. It can get repetitive at times but it is what you make it. You have to have tough skin. You will hear a lot of no's. I didn't have insurance experience so it was a huge learning curb. There is a lot going on selling in multiple state. Sometimes the phones will go down for a few mins. There also a lot of trainings and meetings that will pull you off the phones. Especially if your new. No tuition reimbursement.
