Pretty much everything else... I frankly cannot begin to comprehend how these people are still in business after all the lawsuits they keep throwing money at. If certain agencies really knew what goes on "behind closed doors" this place would be shut down for good the next day. Management is a tremendous joke, they are extremely unprofessional and nasty to their employees. I was personally cursed at by the so called "manager" from the bankruptcy department on several occasions. Their policies and procedures are changed constantly to accommodate their unfair demands and sometimes without notice to their employees. There is zero respect for the employee, you are seen as an ant in a colony and when you stand up to them you end up in the chopping block. Good riddance!!!!!!
