The promised two-week training session provided insufficient hands-on preparation for phone duties, leaving me and my colleagues unprepared. The lack of transparency from higher-ups regarding role expectations is disheartening. If you value your self-respect and seek a transparent work environment, I recommend exploring other opportunities. The disregard for employee concerns and the misleading information provided create an unfavorable work atmosphere. Consider this review as a cautionary note for prospective employees. It’s disheartening to experience a lack of genuine care from team leaders who prioritize their interests. The promise of growth opportunities feels hollow when the reality is different. Reflecting on my decision to join this company, I regret not exploring other options where the commitment to employee well-being might be more sincere. The idea of spending a significant portion of one’s life here only to attain a team leader position feels like a misplaced investment in personal and professional development.
