Top notch clients, good benefits.
Cons
High turnover. Lack of backup plans. Shoot from the hip. It is impossible to get your required workload done to standard during normal business hours. Overtime without compensation for salaried CEs & supvs. are the norm not the exception. Constantly handling another caseload when examiner or supv leaves the company, or out for dbl or vacation. Mgmt belief staff is disorganized when real problem lies with mgr and regional staff. Colleagues are afraid to speak up 'cause they will get "written up."
