Pros

3-4 Weeks of PTO at the beginning of every year. The insurance was good up until this year. It is not that great now but better than some.

Cons

Poor Management. Management is uneducated and have no management skills. The company overall has the worst training so most are blind and do not know what to do. The pay seems decent or competitive but it does not add up for all the hours or stress that the positions create. The hiring process and room for promotion is very political. You either have to related to someone in the company or buddies with someone to get promoted or move around. As a whole the company has a very low percentage of African Americans in Management. But contrary to that fact the whole Human Resources Department upper management is African American Women. I guess they are used as pawns. Token Blacks. This is definitely not a company that is for their employees unless you are caucasian, RUN FOR THE HILLS DO NOT SEEK EMPLOYMENT HERE. Most employees here are unhappy. The company has a gloom doom atmosphere. I would say take the job instead of being unemployed otherwise please go elsewhere. By Far the worst company I have ever worked for. Good Luck in your employment endeavors.

Pros

The benefits are okay I suppose but they'll deduct your PTO from your severance pay. It's basically a ripoff loan.

Cons

-Constant harassment and hounding from Team Leads. -Unrealistic expectations for case load productivity. Mind you, the maximum expected amount of diaries to be completed is 80+. You're expected to make and take calls while also juggling case notes, emails, and Teams messages that pull you away from your current task. And the workload is moved constantly, regardless of an employee is absent, tardy, or even still present despite being heavy across the board. But you're expected to finish it all "productively" within 8 hours. No overtime and minimal assistance. -Good audit scores don't matter. You could have 98% to 100% , leadership will burn you for missing a few notes or if you're behind on other people's work while also being behind on yours. They say they're understaffed but they refuse to hire more people unless it's your replacement. -You're practically working on a sinking ship.
