Pros

I’ve been with the company for 18 years through multiple acquisitions, which speaks to the overall stability and opportunity here. In my current role as a Project Manager (2.5 years), I genuinely enjoy what I do and feel very supported by leadership. The flexibility and work-life balance are unmatched for me, especially working remotely. I feel trusted, validated for my strengths, and given meaningful ownership over projects. My leader encourages growth and recognizes contributions, which makes a big difference in long-term engagement. Team culture is collaborative and positive. There are real opportunities to grow if you’re willing to raise your hand and take initiative. Compensation is fair and livable, and the organization provides stability while still evolving.

Like any large organization, leadership experiences can vary. Not every leader operates the same way, and that can influence how someone feels about their role. That said, there are opportunities internally to explore different teams or roles if you find that your current situation isn’t the right fit.

Pros

The benefits are okay I suppose but they'll deduct your PTO from your severance pay. It's basically a ripoff loan.

Cons

-Constant harassment and hounding from Team Leads. -Unrealistic expectations for case load productivity. Mind you, the maximum expected amount of diaries to be completed is 80+. You're expected to make and take calls while also juggling case notes, emails,and Teams messages that pull you away from your current task. And the workload is moved constantly, regardless of an employee is absent,tardy, or even still present despite being heavy across the board. But you're expected to finish it all "productively" within 8 hours. No overtime and minimal assistance. -Good audit scores don't matter. You could have 98% to 100% , leadership will burn you for missing a few notes or if you're behind on other people's work while also being behind on yours. They say they're understaffed but they refuse to hire more people unless it's your replacement. -You're practically working on a sinking ship.
