Pros

I've been in the workforce for many years and never seen a company with zero "pros" until now. I'm 100% convinced the positive reviews are fake or coerced.

Cons

Securonix is essentially a caste system ruled by a small group of b and c player founders, friends and family. Everyone else are Sudra or lower and are treated like servants - regardless of the level they are hired at. - Extremely un-diverse mono-culture - Founders heavily micro-manage every detail - Penny wise, pound foolish approach to investment - Developers work in a very ad-hoc way resulting in extremely unreliable, poor quality code and unstable product - Little to no trust or empowerment of individuals and teams - Little to no focus on positive change - Not family friendly

Securonix Response

Thank you for taking time to provide a detailed feedback. Senior managers and leaders are the driving forces of an organization and leaders who are not willing to go into the trenches to work with their teams often find themselves out of place here. Securonix fosters a collaborative work environment and senior leaders are still very hands on in their roles and have day to day interactions with their teams. We see this as a huge positive in Securonix since employees get to work closely with senior leaders and learn from them everyday.. Since the beginning of this year, we have made and are making investments in people, process and tools and have streamlined a lot of areas which is being felt by employees. Like all organizations, we continue to work on making things better for our employees and will stride on with our efforts.
