Engineering/Product - Senior Director of Product Securonix Employee Review

Senior managers and leaders are the driving forces of an organization and leaders who are not willing to go into the trenches to work with their teams often find themselves out of place here. Securonix fosters a collaborative work environment and senior leaders are still very hands on in their roles and have day to day interactions with their teams. We see this as a huge positive in Securonix since employees get to work closely with senior leaders and learn from them everyday.. Since the beginning of this year, we have made and are making investments in people, process and tools and have streamlined a lot of areas which is being felt by employees. Like all organizations, we continue to work on making things better for our employees and will stride on with our efforts.
