Cons
Since the company wants to keep everyone involved as much as possible, and no exception is made between full-timers and part-timers, work events (as nice as they are) and company meetings sometimes take up a little more time than the scheduled working hours. For some, it's really nice, but for people who see this as a part-time thing, it might sometimes be a little much.
