flexible hours, the people working customer service are nice, very fast growing scale-up
Cons
at the start the salary is lower but if you are good, it'll get better

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Scribbr (Amsterdam (Netherlands)) in November 2016.
Interview
The interview process is rigorous, but fair. The whole thing takes place online. When I applied, there were a series of steps to the process, starting with an online test, followed by a few tests to assess my editing skills and my grasp of the specific language in which I would be editing. Once I passed the first steps, I had a phone interview so the team could learn more about me and to see whether I would fit into their work culture. The entire process was professional, with plenty of feedback at each step.
