Pros

Made some good friends who are likeminded.

Cons

- filled with absolute nepotism (family and friends are gifted managerial opportunities over younger staff who have been with the company for 5+ years. - managers lack real corporate skills, it seems they are being employed off the side of the street. - limited pathways for developing staff. - Marketing Managers that don’t know how to use basic tools like Excel and Centre Managers that don’t know how to spell!

Pros

Positive work environment: supportive and friendly atmosphere among colleagues. Community initiatives: enjoyed the community-focused initiatives of the company. Fair rostering: Some roles, particularly for university students, provided fair and flexible rostering.

Cons

Stressful and demanding: the environment is fast-paced with long hours, especially during peak periods like Christmas. Micromanagement: centre management monitoring staff through cameras so beware of that High staff turnover: Some long-term, respected managers have left and been replaced with more "abrasive" individuals.
