      -Standard Hours (9-17:30 Mon-Fri) -Plenty of opportunities to grow/progression -Overtime opportunities when needed -Teammates are really friendly/good banter -Company has good morals - very driven towards their goals -Constantly growing to cover new experiences (live builds, etc)

      Work gets repetitive so easy to deal with. Casual atmosphere and usually difficult to not reach quotas.
