Bullying, aggressive management. Think it's ok to swear and threaten staff. One Manager in particular has major anger /personality issues and thinks nothing of squaring up to you if you stand up for yourself. He also has a penchant for throwing the nearest thing to him, at you, when he looses his temper. If he were in a managerial position elsewhere, he would be dismissed for gross misconduct. Also. Bullied and harassed into doing overtime. Pay is lower than other similar companies. Very understaffed so constantly wanting ever one to do overtime late into the night and weekends.

Too many to list everything. Overtime is a joke, working til 9am til 10pm mandatory twice a week, seen people fired and threatened for not being able to do all overtime. High turn over of staff Team leaders were good but management above is poor and hostile. Didn't have a day where upper management wasn't screaming at someone over the top. HR basically doesn't exist, good luck if you have an issue. They are often out of the office and are poor at replying to emails. Workloads can be unrealistic. They preach health and wellness but make their employees work crazy hours.
