You'll be surrounded by some of the smartest people you know who are humble. Talent bar is incredibly high to get in, and people are willing to work together to get hard things done. Great addition to resume as well, folks are always very impressed by ex-Scaliens.
Cons
Chaotic environment internally with constantly changing requirements, long hours 60-100 hours is common.
