The people, their willingness to help and the teamwork - I don't think I've worked at an organisation quite like it Innovation - Satmetrix are beginning to be quite innovative with the product which is great attraction for clients and prospects. Some great technology people behind the product now. Customers are saying good things about speed and ease of use which is different from 3 years ago There is a real focus on the customer - people are passionate about making Promoters and doing the best for customers. The appointment of a Chief Customer Officer makes this tangible Communication - management team are accessible and vist remote offices frequently, chatter has helped us to communicate across the business and react quickly to customer requests All this makes for a great place to work

Can't really think of anything - although I tried! And that is a massive turnaround from 3 years ago.
