-You get free food in a kitchen that looks like a hospital for recovering drug addicts. - There are a few people there that are really down to earth and become great resources for help. -If you like working with people that do not really talk to you or in general then you will thrive. -Can help give you experience of what a start up company is like.
Cons
This Company is very backwards for being a Tech company trying to be in the now and create products that people want.. The office and flow of everything is completely disorganized and that is normal and never brought to anyones attention because no one knows how to control or create a process of how things should be done. -No structure to your work flow....You will be given task and things to test randomly with no discussion of what they want from you. -Micromanaged like crazy -Rushed work due to being given short notices of when something is due -Favoritism is all over this company -Hostile work environment -No growth or development by any means -High turnover rate for recent hires
