I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to take a moment to recognize Clare for the outstanding experience she provides. She is professional, thoughtful, and communicates with clarity, making the entire process smooth and straightforward. What impressed me most was her genuine respect and care for candidates, which sets her apart from many others in the industry. Clare goes above and beyond, and it’s clear she takes pride in doing her job exceptionally well.

Hard to find any cons because Clare is consistently supportive and professional.

I really enjoy working at Satechi because of it's friendly workplace environment, fellow employees' dedication to excellence, and the collaborative and creative work that takes place everyday. Another great experience working at this company, is the recruitment/onboarding process. I found the process of applying, interviewing, to then being hired, to be extremely streamlined and organized. There was about 4 interviews I was invited to, and each one, I met different members of leadership that offered me insight on the company and their expectations of the role. Once hired, the onboarding process was very enjoyable, organized, and went by fairly quickly. I felt by the end of it, I felt I was fully versed in the culture, organizational hierarchy, company goals, and principles to confidently start working there right away. At Satechi they are focusing a lot on building community within the team, and its been great to partake in a lot of outside events that the company hosts. One of my favorites was a employee-bonding event that was a beach clean up at Mission Bay. Not only was it fun to be out there on the bay, but got to meet co-workers that lived in different cities or on different teams that I usually do not interact with. Catching up with them and getting to know them on a deeper personal level felt great. Overall terrific company to work for and amazing coworkers!
