2yThanks for taking the time to share your Saragossa experience, we're disappointed it's not more positive. Diversity, Equality and Inclusion is something that we take seriously and we recognise that we have to work harder to meet our diversity goals, particularly in terms of gender and ethnicity. We have rolled out subconscious bias training throughout the entire business in 2024, have worked with our 3rd party recruitment partners to share our goals and believe that we are making progress. With regard to flexible / remote working we are very clear at the outset that we favour office based working where possible, on the basis that it supports our learning & development initiatives and collaborative culture. We recognise that for some people and organisations hybrid or remote working is preferred but for our team and our vision we choose to work locally together as much as possible. In situations where circumstances affects this, we're always flexible - recognising the challenges life brings! We are trying to deliver accelerated business careers where the reward is high and the demands at early stage can also be considerable, we will take feedback on board and aim to be clearer around managing expectations moving forward. It's good to know that the trips and parties provided (to foster a sense of togetherness) were seen as positives. Good luck with your next career move.
