Pros
Growth of new and old products coming down the pike. Really good people here that want to do the right thing. Some leaders are awesome some not so much, but that any company. The awesome leaders though are starting to drink the koolaid.
Cons
Incentive structure for sales people is NOT pay for performance and salary not very competitive. Lack of "diversity" in management. They have taken away all incentives for employees to go above and beyond but you get paid for just doing your job (which is what people were going to do anyway) but you come to a company launching products in the hopes that not only are you doing the right thing for patients but as sales people the company will reward you. They have changed incentive program so many times and then penalize you if you don't hit one bucket. How can you even remember them all in addition to the fact that you will not get rewarded.
