Pros

Good PTO policy - but could be better, and there is no formal comp time policy for exempt employees. If you don´t mind being on call 24/7 and working 60+ hours a week it´s not a bad place to work. Some divisions have different policies, and so this review may not pertain to all divisions. There used to be a strong focus on training, and setting firm career path goals and achievements, and this still exists in some places. I would strongly recommend you talk about the opportunities and career path options before you accept a position. Management staff are generally respectful, although budget cuts have forced some divisions to do more with less, and so the work load and stress levels have went up.

Cons

Frequent mass terminations, out sourcing, off shoring, and general job abolishment. Seasoned employees are let go, and then new call centers are opened where the company can pay less. Benefits packages have been reduced every year for the past few years.

Pros

The work culture is quite chill and results-focused. The office space is also quite decent.

Cons

Being a bank, it’s highly regulated so everything we do must go through a thorough compliance review.

Pros

The biggest pros for me are the people and the opportunities for growth. The culture is very team-oriented, and there’s a genuine willingness to support one another and see each other succeed. I also appreciate that the company is open to trying new approaches and evolving how we work, which creates meaningful opportunities to learn, take on new challenges, and continue developing professionally.

Cons

One area for improvement would be system modernization, as updates and enhancements can be slow and sometimes create inefficiencies in day-to-day work. Additionally, communication across departments during issues or changes could be more consistent and timely to ensure teams are fully informed and able to respond effectively.
