- Professional skills learnt here are absolutely useless in the outside world, this is purely for people who want to continue their career in the villa aggregator space - The leadership use harsh language against the employees. Numbers are all that matter to them. If for some reason there are few sales (even if the reason for few sales is due to issues that are beyond your control), they will tell you on your face to resign - There is no job satisfaction due to the disrespectful environment - HR puts your salary on hold without any prior notice - Senior management is least helpful in guiding and training employees
