Process was great and didn't have a bureaucratic feel that most companies have. Some innovation based questions. You'll be judged on how resourceful and sharp you can be, along with having a hard skill (increases your chances to get selected)

First interview was taken by the third party HR recruiter as they don't have their own and it was a basic round. Later on the same day i was told to meet the head of the company. They were so unprofessional that when I went to meet the head some other guy showed up introducing him the head and took my interview after that when I came to know about this I told him that I need to meet the actual head. Later my interview was taken and got selected. The sad part is despite telling them my salary expectation they were offering me much lower that what I asked. And after all the interview rounds they said that this is the only salary which we can offer.
