      Terrible management in all departments, low pay, lack of diversity, AI implementation, awful company culture, favoritism, terrible benefits, constant lay offs, and technicians are worked to death, making the least amount of money.

      Work from home Training throughout

      Micromanagement If we get pulled into a meeting it usually comes with some sort of write up, even if doing well and good KPI , they consistently will find a reason for issues with performance. Feeling stuck, if you have even 1 negative performance review you cannot move to full time or request a role change within the company.
