Pros

The pay is decent for a call center and the work by definition is pretty easy. I like my team and the efforts that everyone puts in to see each person succeed.

Cons

The expectations for this job is a bit unrealistic. This is definitely a high volume call center that REQUIRES you to sell windshield wipers or else you’ll get constant 1:1 coaching every week which can be daunting and pressuring to maintain. They don’t tell you that when they hire you. It’s as if your only job is get people schedule for glass repair/replacement, but it is so many “goals” designed to essentially take the place of your quota. Also, please be aware that full time at this company is considered 35 hours and you don’t get proper break times. If you’re part time (5 hrs/day) you break for ONE 15 min paid break and that’s it. If you’re full time (7 hrs/day), you break for TWO 15 min paid breaks. And if you log out “too many” times for restroom breaks or just to drink water cause it’s a high call volume day, they dock you.

Pros

Van to take home, weekly pay.

Cons

Management is pathetic. 90% have never installed a glass themselves. Once they got the new ceo, the company became horrible. The greed and shady culture she created has trickled down and sucked all the life out of what once was a fun job. We used to have team building events, company outings and breakfasts. All of that is gone now along with the morale. All Management cares about is money by price gouging the insurance companies and cash paying customers in order to inflate the company's profits before going public. They stole 1000s from their veteran technicians taking away as much as 10$ an hour by demoting them under unfair circumstances. Give raises to the trainees while not giving anything to veteran techs who have given their all already to this company. If they led men into battle, it would be a massacre every time. You have no name here. You are and always will be, just a number. No longer a career but just a job and a paycheck. Slave driven, cold heart and can-get-over-on-you mindset is their motto so get used to it.

Pros

All the pros of this company have been long gone, best I can do is if you want overtime this company will give it to you. Mandatory if need be.

Cons

Where to begin, this company has quickly turned from the best place I’ve worked and long term career to me being forced to look elsewhere for employment. The leadership and people who tell you how to do your job has never replaced glass and push you until you are broken. Their primary focus is now how good of a salesmen you are and not how good of a quality technician. If you don’t sell overcharged wipers you don’t get a raise. you have to put yourself first and screw over the customer just to try and get a wiper sell because you are the 3rd or 4th time they are asked by the time you even see your customer. Also what can effect your pay are customer surveys. The problem with this is anything that makes the customer upset like price, insurance, having to reschedule out of your control, rude ca, or they are having a bad day, will cause you to not get a raise or even demoted.
