      Work van and tools provided, company was way better when tom feeny was around great my first year back in 2017/18 absolute garbage I’ve worked in different States different cities they’re all the same take the knowledge and training and leave after your first year to go somewhere else with better pay

      Numbers will run your time here been with the company for 8 years pay system is always changing for the worst I went from making $1200-1600 a week my first year 2-3 years later changed pay system now I’m struggling to make $800-1000 a week and in the winter your lucky to get a $400 paycheck corporate is complete trash thing we’re better with tom dm are hired from outside the company and Industry managers say they care but don’t no reason as to why I shouldn’t make $45/hr 8 years in master tech for 5 and multiple “master tech” who have been with company for 1-2 yrs make the same pay as me but all call me multiple times a day to help them I finish my 6-8 by 2:30 latest and have to help them finish their last 3 jobs of the 4-5 they had for the day

      Pros

      Working hours, easy to learn, great environment.

      Cons

      The 1 minute late, rule. If you’re ONE minute late from break, lunch, or even clocking in.. it counts toward your “infractions”. You can only get 3 for the first 60 days. Even if your wifi goes out, you get sick.. anything. It counts.

      The fact that they will teach you and train you to install Auto Glass? Cannot answer this truthfully

      Cons

      I've applied twice to the tech training position. The first time I thought that I may have made an error? The Yellow Brick Rd location had adds for 18 positions available. I applied again fixing what I thought the issue to be. I was again sent an email that they were not moving to the next step with me. This makes ZERO sense. I was just recently a slot tech out of Horseshoe. I also was a tech for a company that handed a few interior pieces for Amtrak.
