Pros

This is the first job I ever had that made me feel like more than just an employee, they make you feel like family. The training and trainers where some of the kindest and patient people I have ever met. They made the process fun and enjoyable. They have great benefits and pay with bonuses and a lot of other perks. They have plenty of room for advancement and other opportunities arise all the time. The work environment is fun, and it gives you a feeling of appreciation. I highly recommend them as a place of employment for anyone.

Cons

Can't work remotely from anywhere in the world.

Pros

Tons of extra overtime pay, opportunity for your pay to change by 5 or 10 percent in either direction twice a year, completely free from corporate communication, bonuses will be held and never paid out so you dont have to worry about saving it yourself! Cheers to the belron "thank you" (more like a belron "screw you") they gave us years ago and I never saw a dime of before I left.

Cons

Surprise! Six day weeks. Maybe 7 we dont know. Whoops all loaned out to other shops, little to no warning or planning You dont matter to anyone in your chain of command They want you to feel like you can talk to them.. but not to actually do it. No follow up from management, everything is out of their hands and yadda yadda yadda
