Pros

The pay is good, not fair for the work load but still good. My coworkers are amazing.

Cons

Way way too many jobs scheduled in a day! Wasn't always like this, but now they schedule more jobs than they have people or even time for. And us installers are working 10-12hr days when we should only be working 8. They are literally burning us out and not even trying to understand the problems. And they are trying to fire and phase out more senior long term employees that are paid decent to instead hire new staff at bottom rates to save money and make more profit. But that's causing more warranty issues and customer satisfaction problems. Then when those problems come in management says we should ignore the bad reviews because they want to blame us to their superiors behind closed doors versus accepting the blame themselves and fixing the issue. And the managers that they do hire rarely have automotive experience and are not given proper training from corporate in any way shape or form. So even the good hires fail because they don't know our industry and aren't given the tools/training to succeed.

Pros

Tons of extra overtime pay, opportunity for your pay to change by 5 or 10 percent in either direction twice a year, completely free from corporate communication, bonuses will be held and never paid out so you dont have to worry about saving it yourself! Cheers to the belron "thank you" (more like a belron "screw you") they gave us years ago and I never saw a dime of before I left.

Cons

Surprise! Six day weeks. Maybe 7 we dont know. Whoops all loaned out to other shops, little to no warning or planning You dont matter to anyone in your chain of command They want you to feel like you can talk to them.. but not to actually do it. No follow up from management, everything is out of their hands and yadda yadda yadda
