Company vision and policies are well thought out and produce exceptional revenue on a year to year basis.Safelite uses its leverage as a large corporation well in the auto glass industry.
Cons
Stressful work environment,whose primary goal is to make a large profit by understaffing the workforce creating a stressful and unproductive environment. Ideas and policy are often contradictory to stated goals making managing a local store difficult in light of producing significant KPI performance.Policy is very often a knee jerk reaction to short term goals even if they are detrimental to long term stated goals.
