Pros
You have use of your own truck, reimbursement for schooling, flexibility to transfer and not having to be stuck in an office all day
Cons
This is 100% a job, not a career. It doesn't matter how dedicated you are, how great your numbers are or how long you been with the company you will most likely always be passed over for advancement by someone walking in off the street who has little or no experience. Some have never even done a window themselves. It seems to all come down to who they can pay less. Upper Management is a joke, no follow-through on classes or anything else for that matter.
