      Pros

      My manager is the best person i ever met. Everything I do, I am constantly given constructive feedback and praised with deliverables. The work here is super high quality and I enjoy it. Very flexible company. Nice office spaces. Great 401k match compared to peers. This company is growing fast.

      Cons

      PTO is 16 days for first 5 years. No floating holidays.
