Cons
Lower salary compared to most of the other semiconductor companies. Take ages for promotion if you are joining as a newbie unless your superior likes you otherwise you will just be like a small fish in the big ocean. Hard to convince management for a change for the better as they will put up more challenges for you to convince them before they take in your idea. However if the same idea comes from a French/Caucasian, then it’s an entirely different thing. Comparing to the foreigners, true blue Singaporeans are considered 2nd class employees. Dominated by French and Malaysian management. Micro-management
