      Pros

      SSM has been a reasonably good employer, and the people I work with are pleasant.

      Cons

      Middle and upper management seems totally closed to feedback from employees, even other managers. Staffing allocations for positions like Patient Access Representative, Scheduler, and office positions are consistently low.
