Pros

Co-workers and a paycheck.

SSM should have never taken over Dean. Benefits are changing and will soon be the worst benefits in the Madison area offered by a healthcare organization. Constantly short staffed, given way too many project that we cannot handle, patient care seems to not be a priority and they certainly do not care about their employees. Attendance policy is a joke, pay is less than other companies. Most nurses, doctors, and frontline staff are all looking for new jobs. Manager is always in a bad mood and treats employees terribly.

Pay is not as competitive to other hospitals outside of SSM or even some retail locations Sometimes outside management makes changes with no clear directive or reasoning
