Pros

There is nothing good that can be shared.

Cons

HR don't stay on her words. Annual Profit sharing is their way of employee retention. And worst part is they include this profit sharing in salary negotiation while joining. Even if you perform well but your department has made loss or has not achieved the target then you won't be compensated well in profit sharing.

Pros

Good Working Environment and Work Life balance

Cons

They hire but they do not give work to employees and later on give layoff. Resource management from upper layer is very much poor.

Pros

Flexible Timing Profit sharing and bonus On Time Salary/Profession Fees

Cons

Poor Management HR management is below poor. HR is the new CEO of the company (office boy -> HR -> CEO), and the CEO doesn't care about it.
