Pros
There are some truly talented individuals within the team, but unfortunately, rarely stay for long.
Cons
Management is completely out of touch with daily operations, leading to a toxic environment where trust is non-existent. There is a high turnover of top talent, partners, and customers alike. The company fails to honor agreed-upon commission plans, frequently 'moving the goalposts' after deals are closed to avoid payouts, which are inconsistent at best.
Sales quotas are surreal and unattainable, not a single rep is currently hitting their targets. The product itself is extremely difficult to sell as it consistently fails to deliver during the POC stage, resulting in high prospect churn. This creates a high-pressure, high-stress culture where employees live in constant fear of being fired. Consequently, reps are forced to inflate forecasts and create fake pipelines just to buy time while looking for a new job.
Furthermore, it is common to take credit for others' hard work. The office is plagued by unprofessional gossip and false rumors, forcing employees to spend more time on self-defense than on actual productivity. With no work-life balance and inequality everywhere, the company has become a revolving door for high performers.
