Generating profit is the goal of all businesses but when it comes to mapping that pathway, it is seen as a short path and not a road with turns and obstacles. There is also no support to sustain efforts and the qualify and capture phase is broken because the identify phase is misguided from the very top of the pyramid. Career-minded women need not consider. Advancement in your career might just be the least of your concerns. With "culture" being a corporate buzz word, culture is only an effort for outside optics. The optics from the inside matter not.
