DLC Factory - Good as fist job in game industry, not to stay - Anonymous employee SCS Software Employee Review

I might be able to name a few positives about SCS, but unfortunately the negatives outweigh them all.

Team leaders think they’re the best in the world, but outside this company they would be completely useless in the real game industry. The CEO, unfortunately, fails to recognize incompetence even when it’s staring him right in the face. From what I’ve also heard from people around me, skilled and talented individuals are overlooked and given no opportunities, while problematic and lazy employees are tolerated and kept on. The biggest issue in the entire company is safe production.

Unfortunately I have nothing positive to write about the company.

No career opportunities, very low salary, infantile collective, toxic management.
