Lack of development opportunities - Anonymous employee SCOR Employee Review

Lack of middle management makes it really hard for employees to develop their career goals. Very Euro-centric, nothing gets approved unless it benefits Europe as well. Lots of meetings without decisions ever getting reached. People are very stuck in their ways, and are not willing to innovate or open to new ideas.
