Pros
Beautiful campus, good cafeterias, above average benefits, gym and pool on site, etc. In general the company is a good place with lots of resources and the people are friendly. Always ranked as one of the best employers which is probably true as long as you are not in a quota carrying sales role.
Cons
If you are thinking of a career in sales (either inside sales or field sales) here I didn't find it to be a good opportunity for a seasoned sales professional in healthcare. Metrics are unattainable unless you get the right accounts which the long timers with 10-15 years of tenure are assigned. Lots of cold calling and they embrace "social selling" and use LinkedIn, Twitter, etc., as a core part of the sales culture. Not a lot of opportunity (i.e., trade shows, industry events) to meet with clients/prospects outside of purely cold calling to setup meetings. Hiring lots of younger generations out of college and into their Sales Academy program which are then promoted into field sales positions. Lack of industry-specific solutions for healthcare and they were out-of-touch with what it takes to survive in the crowded healthcare IT industry.
